Strive Physical Therapy was founded in 2014 by Jeff Randall, MSPT, with a vision of helping patients achieve their highest level of function through hands-on care and treatment. Shortly after Strive opened its doors, Diane Baggs joined the team. Diane had an extensive background in owning and operating outpatient physical therapy clinics in the Colorado Springs area and was thrilled to jump in. Realizing the organization needed something different to keep growing, she implemented a fresh approach. Diane became the sole owner in 2019 and continues the original vision today. Strive Physical Therapy has expanded to four clinics in Colorado Springs and Fountain since opening.
At Strive Physical Therapy, we believe every patient is unique and does not fit into a one-size-fits-all treatment philosophy. To deliver the best results, our therapists have countless hours of continuing education under several philosophies. Patient results are the cornerstone of Strive Physical Therapy. Word spread quickly of the positive results with patients and providers alike demanding this excellent care.
We’re a team of dedicated professionals serving the needs of patients in Colorado Springs and Fountain.
Diane graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in exercise science and K-12 education. She continued her education in marketing and business development as she started her career at an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Colorado Springs. Her career continued in the area of homecare and hospice for a large company as a regional director over a number of states. Realizing her true love was still in the outpatient physical therapy arena and wanting out of the large corporate setting, she decided in 2014 Strive is where she was meant to be. Diane enjoys being a student of life and is continually studying and taking courses to increase her knowledge.
