Diane Baggs is a clinical executive who has immense experience managing, growing, and owning successful healthcare businesses. She started her career at an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Colorado Springs after graduating from the University of Northern Colorado. It wasn’t long until she knew that entrepreneurship was in her blood. After experiencing a hospital merger and seeing the affect one-size-fits-all policies had on quality of care, Diane knew she could do better for patients and set out on her own. In 1999, she opened her first outpatient practice and grew it over the next nine years before selling her three clinics.
Diane’s career continued in the area of homecare and hospice for Encompass Health as the Regional Vice President for several states. Under Diane’s leadership, her region grew from one to 23 locations throughout Utah, Idaho, and Colorado. Realizing her true love was still in the outpatient physical therapy arena, Diane accepted an offer to help a private practice partnership company get affiliate practices up and running. Shortly after Strive Physical Therapy opened its doors, Diane joined the team to serve as the company’s CEO. Diane became the sole owner in 2018 and continues the original vision today.
Diane enjoys being a student of life. She is continually studying and taking courses to increase her knowledge. Training and mentoring others in management and leadership is her passion, and she is often found helping other business owners in the community. She is currently on the board of directors for Narconon Colorado and works with Drug Free World.
